Obstructs vehicular or pedestrian traffic, or a transportation facility, or.
Congregates with other person in a public place and refuses to comply with a lawful order to the police to disperse.".
The charge of disorderly conduct is a Class C misdemeanor in Alabama. Rarely will a conviction of this charge result in jail time, but there are typically fines levied against the offender.
